No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify Satori Laser at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The first no-show or same-day cancellation is waived, the second incurs a $50 fee, and the third allows same-day appointments only. Arrivals more than six minutes late may result in incomplete treatment. All booking fees are non-refundable, and sessions or packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
