Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Satori Laser website and purchases of eligible products, services, packages, promotions, and voucher codes made through the Site. By accessing the Site, making a purchase, booking an appointment, or redeeming a voucher code, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Additional service-specific terms, offer details, appointment rules, or promotional restrictions may apply to certain purchases or bookings. In the event of a conflict, the more specific service or offer terms will control for that transaction.
Shop
By making a purchase on the website, customers consent to the fine print, conditions, and restrictions applicable to each service or product purchased.
Voucher Codes
- Voucher codes cannot be transferred to another account.
- Voucher codes cannot be reversed once redeemed.
- Voucher codes are not returnable or refundable, except as required by law.
- Voucher codes are not exchangeable unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Voucher codes may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Satori Laser Inc.
- Voucher codes sold in session packages are bound to one person and are bound to the person who redeems them first.
- Voucher codes may not be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Satori Laser is not responsible for voucher codes that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
Use of Voucher Codes
Satori Laser reserves the right to void voucher codes or bill alternative forms of payment if a voucher code is suspected to have been obtained, used, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Voucher Code Liability
Satori Laser makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to voucher codes. If a voucher code is not functional, Satori Laser will replace the voucher code with another of the same product.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply.
Voucher Code Expiration
Voucher codes and packages do not expire unless a specific expiration period or expiration date is stated at the time of purchase or on the applicable offer, package, or voucher.
For example, a package marketed as "One Year Unlimited" expires one year from the original date of purchase. Where an expiration date applies, the applicable offer, package, voucher, or booking terms will control.
Payments and Refunds
By placing an order, the customer authorizes Satori Laser and its payment providers to charge the payment method supplied for the applicable purchase.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific service, package, or promotion, purchases, redemptions, and voucher transactions are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Appointments and Voucher Redemption
Online vouchers do not include appointment information and do not automatically reserve an appointment.
To redeem an online voucher, clients must book an appointment directly with the store and comply with any booking conditions provided at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients.
Appointments that are missed or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
If you arrive late, your session time may be adjusted to avoid delays for other clients.
No-Show Policy
Clients must notify Satori Laser at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Because every treatment is a one-on-one service reserved exclusively for each client, a missed appointment leaves that time unusable for other clients and results in a direct loss for our team. Arriving more than six minutes late may result in an incomplete treatment. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting your scheduled time.
The first no-show or same-day cancellation is waived as a courtesy. The second will incur a $50 fee, and the third will limit clients to same-day appointments only.
Full Body Appointments
Due to the extended time reserved, the first no-show or same-day cancellation incurs a $150 fee, the second incurs a $250 fee, and the third allows same-day appointments only.
All booking fees are non-refundable, and all sessions or packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Users agree not to use the Site or any offer, booking process, voucher system, or related service in a fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized manner.
Satori Laser may suspend, refuse, or limit transactions, redemptions, or access where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, policy violations, or activity that may harm Satori Laser, its systems, or other users.
By providing your mobile phone number to Satori Laser and opting in to receive text messages — whether through our online booking form, in-store consent form, or any other channel — you agree to these SMS Messaging Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Satori Laser operates an SMS messaging program ("the Program") that sends:
- Appointment reminders (typically 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment)
- Appointment confirmations
- Rescheduling and cancellation notifications
- Service-related updates that pertain directly to your booked appointments
The Program is operated by Satori Laser and delivered through Twilio Inc., our SMS service provider.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available to customers in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have provided a valid U.S. mobile phone number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to receive messages at that number.
3. Consent and Opt-In
You agree to receive SMS messages from Satori Laser by:
- Entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during online booking at https://www.satorilaser.com, or
- Signing our Client Consent Form during in-person booking at any Satori Laser location, or
- Replying YES, START, or UNSTOP to a Satori Laser SMS message
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from Satori Laser.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You can typically expect 2–4 messages per appointment cycle (reminders + confirmation). Frequency may increase if you have multiple appointments scheduled or if you reschedule.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to each message sent or received. Satori Laser does not charge for the messages themselves. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To unsubscribe, reply with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number from the Program. If you wish to resubscribe in the future, you may reply START or contact us during a future booking.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to book or receive services at Satori Laser; however, you will no longer receive automated appointment reminders by text message.

8. Supported Carriers
The Program is compatible with the following U.S. mobile carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and most other major and regional carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Satori Laser. Satori Laser is not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures in the delivery of SMS messages.
9. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any related SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors who support the operation of the Program (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio).
Changes to These Terms
Satori Laser may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site, continued booking activity, or continued participation in purchases or redemptions after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
