Additionally, we ask that you don’t wax, tweeze, bleach or use depilatory creams 2 weeks prior to treatment. Using these hair removal methods will make the laser ineffective and you will not see the results you are looking for. You may shave as much as you like. We also ask you to inform us if you have been taking antibiotics. We cannot perform treatment until 2 weeks after your last dose. Antibiotics increase your photosensitivity to the laser and put you at risk for side effects.

Before coming in we ask that you shave the area to be treated, with the exception of women having treatment to the face. The area should be cleaned beforehand. Deodorants, lotions and cosmetics should be completely removed before receiving treatment.
