Meet our Team

We feel very proud of each member of our team. Today we visited our Philadelphia location and talked to Laura Buzby, one of our technicians there. Here are some of the questions we asked her;

Why did you decide to become a Laser Technician?

"I worked in healthcare for a long time and was ready for a change. I stumbled in to Laser Hair Removal after working at a spa and fell in love!"

How long have you been working in the beauty industry?

"I have been a licensed esthetician since 2018"

What is your favorite part about working at Satori?

"I love the excitement from the clients when they come back and tell me about their amazing results. I also love the relationship I get to build with clients and the great conversations we have".

What would you say to somebody that is thinking about starting Laser Hair Removal?

"I would say that it is an investment you will thank yourself for over and over".

What is the most challenging part about being a Laser Technician?

"Being a laser tech is a lot of fun, but you have to take it seriously and always put safety first or someone can get hurt. Staying focused is critical".

What is your favorite area of the body to treat?

"I always tell people my top 3 for the ULTIMATE long term satisfaction:  underarms, Brazilian and Lower Legs are the best."

Give our clients three good advices

"My advice, don't withhold anything that could lead to problems later on, such as sun exposure or skin care products. It's NEVER worth the potential risks. To get the most of your investment, be CONSISTENT! It really does speed up the process and saves you money. And lastly, Laser Hair removal is addicting, so start with your priority areas and go from there."

Remember that at Satori Laser all of our technicians are also licensed estheticians, with plenty of experience with different skin tones and hair types. They will patiently guide you through this wonderful journey and make sure you are comfortable, they are passionate about Laser Hair Removal. You are always in good hands.
