No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify Satori Laser at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Because every treatment is a one-on-one service reserved exclusively for each client, a missed appointment leaves that time unusable for other clients and results in a direct loss for our team. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting your scheduled time.
The first no-show or same-day cancellation is waived as a courtesy. The second will incur a $50 fee, and the third will limit clients to same-day appointments only. Arriving more than six minutes late may result in an incomplete treatment. All booking fees are non-refundable, and all sessions or packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
